By downloading, installing, or using ScanDocPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our application. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 4AI Info Tech regarding your use of ScanDocPro.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScanDocPro for personal or business purposes, subject to these terms. You may not: • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works • Use the app for any illegal purpose • Interfere with or disrupt the service • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Resell, sublicense, or distribute the app Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your license.

When creating an account, you must: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account You must be at least 13 years old to use ScanDocPro. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

You may not use ScanDocPro to scan, store, or distribute: • Content that infringes intellectual property rights • Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent documents • Content containing malware or viruses • Material that violates any applicable laws • Documents containing hate speech or harassment We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • ScanDocPro is provided "as is" without warranties • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service • You use the app at your own risk This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted.
